Enameled wire discharge process operation method

In a normal operation of the enamelling machine, the operator's energy and physical strength is mostly consumption in the discharge part, transferring the discharge tray makes the operator pay a lot of labor, change the line when the joint is easy to produce quality problems and operational failure. Putting the line is afraid of half-loop tension, half-loop tension is small, which not only makes the wire loose, tied off, a section was pulled thin, but also cause a large jump in the oven line, resulting in parallel, touching the line failure. Release tension should be uniform, appropriate.

In the annealing furnace before the installation of booster wheel on the tension control is of great help. Soft copper wire at room temperature, its maximum does not extend the tension of about 15kg/mm2, at 400 ℃, the maximum does not extend the tension of about 7kg/mm2; at 460 ℃, the maximum does not extend the tension of 4kg/mm2; at 500 ℃, the maximum does not extend the tension of 2kg/mm2. In the normal enameled wire coating process, the tension of the enameled wire to be significantly less than the tension does not extend the tension, requiring control at About 50%, the release tension is controlled at about 20% of the non-extension tension.

Large-size large-capacity spool is generally used radial rotary wire release; medium-size wire is generally used over the end type or brush type wire release; micro-size wire is generally used brush type or double cone sleeve type wire release.

Regardless of which way the wire is put, there are strict requirements for the structure and quality of the bare copper wire spool

The surface should be bright and clean to ensure that the wire is not scratched

Both sides of the spool and the side plate have 2-4mm radius r angle inside and outside to ensure a balanced release in the process of wire discharge

After the spool is processed, it must be tested for dynamic and static balance

Brush wire release requires the diameter of the core: side plate diameter less than 1:1.7; the end of the release requires less than 1:1.9, otherwise the wire will be broken when released to the core.
