Multi-strand enameled wire: why enameled wire is not oxidized

General copper material is oxidized because its surface will produce copper oxide, cuprous oxide due to the erosion of the atmosphere, water or oil and other dirty things, and then present the phenomenon of gray jump up to a dark red. The reason for enameled wire is not oxidation, its greater reason is a layer of protective paint, packed on the surface of the wire, regardless of changes in the surrounding environment, the paint can play its own characteristics, it has the role of antioxidant.

Enameled wire, which is one of the main varieties of winding wire, consists of two parts: the conductor and the insulation layer. The following small talk about its characteristics and application areas: 1.

1. product characteristics, it has a fairly high heat resistance, mechanical properties, electrical properties and radiation resistance, chemical resistance and special frost resistance.

2. Application areas, suitable for high temperature, humidity or special chemical atmosphere of refrigeration system compressor motor and motor, electrical winding.

Enameled wire is a major variety of winding wire, consisting of conductor and insulation layer. Its bare wire is annealed and softened, and then sprayed and baked several times. However, to produce a product that meets both the standard requirements and does not easily meet customer requirements, it is affected by the quality of raw materials, process parameters, production equipment, and environmental factors, so the quality characteristics of various enameled wires vary, but all have four properties: mechanical properties, chemical properties, electrical properties and thermal properties.

General enameled wire according to its use can be divided into the following categories: 1.

1 general enameled wire: mainly used for general motors, electrical appliances, instruments and transformers and other workplace winding. Such as polyester enameled wire, modified polyester enameled wire, etc.

2 special enameled wire: it refers to a certain quality characteristics required enameled wire, is used for specific occasions winding line. Such as polyurethane enameled wire (straight welding), self-adhesive enameled wire, etc.

Enameled wire production process, the transformation of the enameled wire enamel liquid into a solid enamel coating and drying, and glazing the polymer solution state into a polymer body from the theory, which is a complex physical and chemical process. A number of basic concepts are involved, especially polymer solutions and the associated surface tension phenomena. The evaporation of the solvent and the chemical reaction of the polymer are closely related to the production process of the enameled wire.

The production process of enameled wire is the process of coating the wire with paint to form a uniform paint film. Why does the paint coating form a uniform and smooth film on the wire? This question involves characteristic parameters such as the surface tension and wetting angle of the liquid as well as the evaporation characteristics of the solvent. The expression for surface tension is the force of the liquid to make the surface area contraction Z small. Since a ball has Z-small surface area in any geometry of the same volume, if the liquid is not subjected to any other force, it becomes round under the action of surface tension.

Viscosity, solid content, surface tension, and contact angle are internal factors in the production of enameled wire, while temperature and speed are external factors.
