Different magnet wire categories required by different industries

Electricity is an important energy source that we cannot do without in our daily life, and the electromagnetic wire and cable as the transportation and transformation channel of electricity is extremely important to our life and production. When it comes to electromagnetic wires and cables, everyone will first think of all kinds of electrical power transmission in our homes. There are many categories of electromagnetic wires and cables, although the electromagnetic wires and cables used in our lives are collectively referred to as the same. However, we use different magnet wire materials and types according to their use.

Fuda Electrical Technology generally classify them from their applications:

1, power system

The wire and cable products used in the power system mainly include overhead bare wires, busbars (bus bars), power cables (plastic cables, oil-paper power cables (basically replaced by plastic power cables), rubber sheathed cables, overhead insulated cables), branch cables (Replace part of the bus), electromagnetic wires, and electrical equipment wires and cables for power equipment.

2, information transmission system

The wires and cables used in the information transmission system mainly include local telephone cables, television cables, electronic cables, radio frequency cables, optical fiber cables, data cables, electromagnetic wires, power communication or other composite cables.

3, mechanical equipment, instrumentation system

all products except overhead bare wires have applications in this part, but mainly power cables, magnet wires, data cables, instrumentation cables, etc.

When we choose electromagnetic wires, we should also choose suitable electromagnetic wires according to our different industries and fields of application environment, after professional recommendations, so as not to cause trouble to our lives.

However, currently in the production process of the oxide film insulated aluminum wire magnet wire commonly used in the electromechanical industry, a large amount of concentrated sulfuric acid is used to process the metal aluminum wire to obtain the oxide film insulating layer. Because this production process uses a large amount of concentrated sulfuric acid in the production, a large amount of irritating gas is volatilized during the open production process. This irritating gas not only causes certain damage to the nasal cavity, respiratory tract and skin of the operator, but also brings serious pollution to the production workshop and the surrounding environment. The waste water produced in production also needs to be treated strictly, otherwise it will cause serious pollution to the groundwater quality. In terms of production efficiency, only 10 aluminum wires can be processed at a time, and the processing speed is relatively slow. One of the biggest shortcomings of products produced by this treatment method is the poor flexibility of the coating film. It is easy to damage the insulating coating film when bending or winding in the production of electromechanical products, which affects the electrical insulation and product quality of electromechanical products; of course; This product also has its advantages, the biggest advantage is the high temperature resistance of the processed film.

The temperature of the enameled wire is generally appropriate

The thermal grade of enameled wire is divided into 130 grade, 155 grade, 180 grade/200 grade. The thermal grade is the temperature resistance grade, which can withstand the temperature of 130°, 155°, 180°/200°, depending on the different use environment. Choose enameled wire suitable for thermal class. The highest temperature is 200°, and the commonly used 130°.

Enameled wire refers to the metal wire used for winding electromagnetic coils with insulating varnish as the insulating coating, also called electromagnetic wire. It is a main type of winding wire, which is composed of a conductor and an insulating layer. After the bare wire is softened by annealing, it is painted and baked many times.

However, it is not easy to produce products that not only meet the requirements of the standard, but also meet the requirements of customers. It is affected by the quality of raw materials, process parameters, production equipment, environment and other factors. Therefore, the quality characteristics of various enameled wires are different, but they all have Mechanical properties, chemical properties, electrical properties, and thermal properties are four major properties.
